Developer Programs Lead: Builders & Ecosystem

Bentley Systems is seeking an experienced Developer Community Programs Manager to own strategy and execution of our developer programs portfolio - hackathons, Developer Days, workshops, API/SDK experiences, and learning journeys. You will coordinate initiatives across Corporate Marketing, Product, and Partner teams and build scalable models for global reach.

The role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication, and a track record of managing complex programs with external partners.
