This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing high street retailer. We are looking for a .Net Developer to join our expanding development team. The team is working in an AGILE manner using Kanban methodology.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
- Design software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and API specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to development processes.
- Optimize application performance and scalability through effective coding practices and system design.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.
- Ensure the security and integrity of software applications through adherence to cybersecurity best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience as a .Net Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in the .Net Stack.
- Experience developing mobile applications in Xamarin / .Net MAUI / Flutter.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, ideally Azure.

Hours: 37.5 9:00am - 5:30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our office near East Croydon Station.
