You will lead a high-performing engineering team building cloud-native solutions that transform complex global shipping and commodity data into actionable insights. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on full-stack development, requiring you to bridge the gap between product requirements and scalable architecture using state-of-the-art AI-powered technologies.

What you will do:
Collaborate with Product Management to translate business requirements into detailed technical design documentation and delivery roadmaps.
Manage and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, overseeing delivery planning through Scrum-based methodologies and CI/CD standards.
Lead technical discovery and delivery while conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality SOLID architecture principles.
The ideal candidate:
Possesses over 5 years of full stack experience with deep expertise in C#/.NET Core and the React ecosystem (TypeScript/MobX).
Holds a strong background in relational and non relational databases, microservices architecture, and cloud configuration (Docker/Kubernetes).
Demonstrates proven leadership skills in coaching engineers and managing the end to end software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
