Detention Custody Officer - Care & Security (24/7)

Mitie Group plc. is recruiting for a Detainee Custody Officer at the Stanstead Short-Term Holding Facility. The post offers a 24/7 operation with shifts including day and night hours and a structured training pathway.

No prior experience is needed; full training and support are provided. A 4-week paid training course and an on-the-job mentoring plan lead to an accredited Level 3 Apprenticeship in Detention and Custody over 13 months.
