PLEASE NOTE: YOU NEED TO BE A CURRENT SERVING OFFICER IN A HOME OFFICE FORCE. Exciting opportunity for qualified Detective Constables!Nottinghamshire Police are now accepting Transferee applications from qualified PIP2 Detective Constables who have their NIE and are currently on programme.
We are seeking talented and high performing Detectives to join our expanding Investigator workforce to investigate some of our most serious and complex investigations.

We have a diverse investigator establishment with roles including Detectives, Fast track Detectives and Police Staff Investigators.
Current vacancies include Public Protection RASSO roles, Child Abuse Investigation Unit (CAIU), CID, and the Fraud Team for those SFIP trained.
Nottinghamshire is committed to expanding and enhancing our investigator establishment. We provide extensive training and support packages, including PIP2 training, VRI, Communications Data, and enhanced Investigator training programmes. A bespoke fast track transferee process tailors training to your needs. Postings are available across the whole force area and all training is completed in our new state of the art training school.

Transfer Requirements- Be a serving officer in a recognised Home Office police force at the rank of Constable.
- Must have completed the 2/3 year probationary period.
- Must be qualified to PIP2.
- Must have NIE and currently be on programme.
- Be free from complaints and hold a full UK/EU manual driving licence.
Applicants will need to undertake a training needs analysis as part of the selection process. Successful candidates will be placed in a candidate pool until a suitable vacancy arises; we cannot guarantee a transfer or provide a timeline at present. Vetting and EligibilityVetting Level - Recruitment: Must have resided in the UK for at least the last 3 years.
