Designated Safeguarding Lead & Pastoral Manager

Cambian Wisbech School in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, invites applications for a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Pastoral Manager. The role provides strategic leadership of safeguarding, child protection and pastoral care to support pupils' safety and achievement.

The post holder will lead safeguarding culture, oversee attendance, behaviour and wellbeing interventions, and work with families, external agencies and the SLT to remove barriers to learning.
