Design Office Manager 
Location: Dublin
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the design office to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with design teams, project managers, and external stakeholders.
- Manage allocation and scheduling of resources across multiple design projects.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to improve productivity.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
- Lead and support the recruitment, training, and professional development of design staff.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, office expenses, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate communication and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in office management, preferably within a design, architecture, or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and design workflows.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with design software tools and project management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
