Design Manager

Opportunity for a Design Manager to join a growing off-site construction and manufacturing business in Co. Mayo. Working closely with design, production and operations teams, you will oversee the design process from project award through to completion. Excellent opportunity for candidates with CAD, BIM, architectural technology or technical design experience.

3. Salary €50,000 - €60,000+ depending on experience.

• Manage the design process from project handover through to project completion.
• Coordinate with internal and external design teams to develop and progress project designs.
• Produce and issue technical drawings, design documentation and material schedules.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve buildability and technical challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement within design processes and procedures.

• Previous experience in a design, engineering, architectural technology or construction-related role.
• Strong AutoCAD skills with the ability to produce technical drawings.
• Experience coordinating designs and managing technical information.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within modular construction, off-site manufacturing or BIM environments would be advantageous.
