The Role

• Managing and coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to delivery
• Liaising with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal project teams
• Reviewing drawings and ensuring designs meet project specifications and buildability requirements
• Identifying and resolving design issues in a timely manner
• Supporting tender submissions, value engineering, and project planning

The Person

• Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience in a Design Manager or similar role within construction
• Strong knowledge of design coordination on large-scale projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple design packages and deadlines
