Design Manager - Substation & Energy Projects Lead

Murphy is seeking a Design Manager to lead the engineering design delivery on major Transmission HV substation projects from Kentish Town, with travel to sites in South Wales from early 2027.

You will coordinate multiple disciplines, drive tender and Early Contractor Engagement, manage resources, ensure CDM 2015 compliance, and contribute to continual process improvements within the Business Unit.
