Senior Design Manager - Major Refurbishment

This leading Tier 1 contractor has been highly successful in winning new work and have numerous opportunities for Design Managers on several new projects.

One such opportunity is for an experience Design Manager to work on a 6-9-month freelance contract to start immediately. This is on a major project so it is highly likely your contract will be ongoing depending on performance and could be over 24months.

The project is a large refurbishment of a commercial building in the city and consists of striping back to frame and rebuilding, as well as adding two floors. Design Managers with cut & carve and intense refurb experience will be in their element with this one. The project is valued over £50m.

You will have been employed for significant lengths of time with recognisedTier 1 companies as Design Manager must have experience of cut & carve refurb projects. You will be capable and experienced enough to add immediate expertise and knowledge to the team.
