• Be at the heart of a technically advanceddata centre project, overseeing electrical design coordination and integration from concept through to completion.

• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary design teams, contractors, and client representatives to drive high-quality design outcomes.

• Influence innovation, sustainability, and constructability through Laing O'Rourke's industry-leadingdigital engineeringandoffsite manufacturingcapabilities.

We'd love to hear fromDesign Managerswho have:

• A degree inElectrical Engineering(or a related discipline), ideally withChartered Engineerstatus.

• Provenon-site delivery experiencewithindata centresor other mission-critical environments.

• A strong understanding of design governance, risk management, and change control processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable collaborating across design, client, and delivery teams.
