EMJ is seeking a Head of Design to lead the creation of engaging digital medical content and manage the design team. This role combines approximately 40% hands-on design work with 60% team leadership and strategic improvements. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on design experience, a proven track record in design operations, and the ability to drive innovation while ensuring high-quality output. Salary ranges between £65,000-£70,000 with work hours from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
