Job Description

  • Overseeing all design aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Leading a team of designers and architects.
  • Developing design concepts that align with project goals and client vision.
  • Ensuring design strategies adhere to industry regulations and standards.
  • Presenting design proposals and progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely completion of design aspects.
  • Keeping up to date with latest design trends in the property and construction industry.
  • Creating and managing project budgets related to design aspects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Design Director should have:

  • A degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property and construction sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of design software and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
