About Your New Job

• As the Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all design aspects of construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Liaise with design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the review and approval process for design documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications, current building regulations, and company policies.
• Manage design changes and provide technical support to the project team throughout delivery.
• Identify and address design risks and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or the equivalent
• Experience in design coordination within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations and construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in design and collaboration software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM (Building Information Modelling).
