We are looking for a Design Coordinator to support the delivery of Design & Build construction projects across Ireland, working closely with the Design Manager and wider project team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience to develop their career in design management, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle from design through to construction and handover.
What You'll DoSupport the Design Manager in coordinating design activities across projects
Assist with managing design information, drawings, and documentation
Track and monitor design deliverables and project timelines
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Assist with RFIs, technical queries, and design updates
Review drawings and flag design issues or coordination clashes
Support design meetings, workshops, and reporting
Help ensure compliance with building regulations and project requirements
Assist with BIM coordination and document control processes
Support site teams during construction with design-related queries
1-2 years' experience in Irish construction, engineering, or architectural environment
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline
Strong interest in design coordination and project delivery
Good understanding of drawings and construction processes
Strong organisation and communication skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
Experience with CAD / Revit / BIM tools is an advantage
