Responsibilities for Design and Technology Teacher

• Plan and prepare effective schemes of learning and lessons
• Use innovative and diverse teaching methods that support the national curriculum
• Use regular assessments to monitor progress and set targets
• Promote KS4 Design and Technology to pupils

Required Skills and Qualifications for Design and Technology Teacher

• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
• Valid DBS (Can be produced through us)
• Registered with the Educational Workforce Council (EWC) (Can be produced through us)

Desirable Skills for Technology Teacher

• Full driving licence and have access to a car
• You live in or near Caerphilly
