Design & Engineering Lead - Multi-Project Manufacturing

A leading UK engineering firm is seeking a Design Manager / Engineering Manager to oversee multiple engineering projects from design to manufacture. This role involves leading a team of Mechanical Design Engineers, managing projects to ensure specifications and budgets are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in design management or project engineering within a mechanical engineering environment. The position is based in Loughborough with a salary range of £50K - £55K plus benefits.
