Job Description

The Role

This position sits at the centre of operations, providing essential administrative support and coordination between the design team, engineers, installers, and customers.

The role is office-based and full training will be provided.

Administrative Support
  • Coordinate daily office operations and general admin tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and internal coordination sessions
  • Act as a point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, updating them on installation timelines and next steps
  • Collate all required project documentation
  • Handle basic queries and escalates technical issues to engineers
Project Coordination Support
  • Coordinate between designers, installers, and sales teams
  • Prepare project customer packs
  • Monitor progress and flag delays or missing information
  • Generate reports on pipeline, installations, and performance metrics
  • Upload system details to relevant portals
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM updating all databases accordingly
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills - both verbal & written
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding or an interest in learning about renewable energy systems (Solar PV / Heat Pumps /UFH)
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative coordination role.
  • Previous experience in renewable or construction administration roles is advantageous but not essential.
  • Fluent English - verbal and written.
