Deputy Team Manager: Lead Person-Centred Supported Living

A specialist supported living provider is seeking a Deputy Team Manager to lead staff in providing excellent person-centred support within community-based services. This role focuses on quality improvements and requires supervisory skills alongside a strong background in Positive Behavioural Support. The successful candidate will have an RNLD or Social Work qualification, and Level 5 in Leadership within Health & Social Care with at least one year in a leadership role. Salary ranges from £34,000 to £42,000 per annum.
