Deputy Team Manager, Children & Family Services

Sanctuary Personnel has a new permanent Deputy Team Manager role within the Children in Need Team, based in Guernsey. The position is full-time with a salary up to £78,250 per annum.

You will support the Team Manager, lead a social work team, and ensure safeguarding, high-quality practice and timely, evidence-based decision-making across services for children, young people and families.
