An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Team Manager post within one of our supported living services, in which we support individuals to live successfully within the community as tenants in their own homes.
Job responsibilities- Lead a team of staff to provide excellent person-centred support.
- Proficient in the use of Positive Behavioural Support.
- Demonstrate great supervisory skills and confidence to challenge staff when required.
- Focus on quality to improve services.
- Show resilience.
- RNLD / Social Work qualification or equivalent.
- Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care.
- At least 1 year's experience in a leadership role.
Salary: £34,000 to £42,000 per annum, salary dependent upon experience with annual incremental rise.
Location: Covering two of our services in Bishop Auckland and Hartlepool.
