Deputy Team Manager - Children in Care & Leaving Care Lead

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting for a permanent Deputy Team Manager within the Children in Care Team, based in Guernsey. The role is full-time and focuses on leading and supervising social care professionals to meet the needs of Children in Care.

The post involves line management, case oversight, development of Leaving Care services, safeguarding, and governance through audits. A Social Work degree and registration, plus PQSW experience, are required.
