Deputy Support Manager - Lead Teams in Person-Centred Care

Thera East Midlands is seeking a Deputy Support Manager to assist the Support Manager in leading teams and delivering person-centered support that meets regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.

You will mentor teams, coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and act as a role model of best practice on shift. You'll design support plans, manage rota, maintain records, conduct audits, and deputise when needed.
