Deputy Store Manager (Stock & Process) - Lead Operations

The Range in Portadown is seeking a Deputy Store Manager (Stock & Process) to lead stock management, process compliance, health & safety and inventory accuracy. You will work with the Store Manager to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations and excellent stock availability for customers.

You will coach and develop colleagues, support recruitment and training, and oversee back-of-house activities to maximise customer availability and store performance.
