Deputy Store Manager: Lead Team, Hit KPIs, Growth Path

Lidl Ireland is seeking an experienced Store Manager in a fast-paced environment to support day-to-day operations and drive performance. You will lead and develop the store team, ensure stock levels and presentation, and deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

The role demands a passion for targets, strong communication skills, and flexibility with shifts. Previous Assistant Store Manager experience is preferred but not essential if the right attitude is shown.
