Deputy Store Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Customer Experience

ProCook is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Birmingham Bullring store. You will support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team from day one, shaping a strong store culture and delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial results.

You'll lead on the shop floor, coach the team, cover the Store Manager's absence, and ensure smooth operations across sales, stock, service and standards.
