Deputy Store Manager: Lead Team, Drive KPIs & Growth

Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will drive KPI targets, manage and develop the store team, and ensure high standards of shop floor presentation and customer service.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of management experience, A Levels or equivalent, and a full driving licence.
