Deputy Store Manager: Lead Team & Drive KPIs

B&M Retail Limited in Chepstow is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, take ownership of the shop floor, and lead the store in their absence. The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays to ensure store performance and customer experience.

You will coach and develop your team, drive KPIs, and embody a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for progression to Store Manager.
