Deputy Store Manager: Lead Sales & Store Experience

Vilgain is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to join our Vilgain store team in London. You will be the Store Manager's right hand and a trusted leader on the shop floor, driving daily operations and delivering a standout customer experience.

You will lead the sales team, plan shifts, onboard new colleagues, oversee cash desk, stock, and orders, and represent the Vilgain brand. The role rewards proactive problem-solving and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced retail environment.
