Deputy Store Manager: Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

ProCook is hiring a Deputy Store Manager in Bury St Edmunds to join its store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager, lead on the shop floor, coach colleagues, and drive strong commercial results through customer-focused leadership.

You will manage daily operations, stock, merchandising, and standards while collaborating with regional leadership to deliver strategy and targets. This role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for great service.
