Deputy Store Manager: Lead, Coach & Drive Results

schuh is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Bluewater store. This 37.5-hour, 5-out-of-7 role focuses on coaching your team, leading junior managers and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will recruit and train staff, set goals, drive KPIs, and create engaging window displays within our visual merchandising guidelines. A passion for retail and customer service, plus previous leadership in retail, is preferred.
