Deputy Store Manager: Growth & Leadership Academy

Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH in Ballymoney is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day operations and lead the store team. You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ensuring excellent customer service, and working towards KPIs.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of management experience and A Levels or equivalent. A competitive salary up to £40,000 after 3 years along with extensive benefits is offered.
