Deputy Store Manager

Overview

My client, a non-profit organisation based in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, is looking to hire a temporary Deputy Store Manager for a 3-month period. Salary €32,500. Hours: 39-40 per week, including Saturday 1-2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the store.
• Set and meet sales targets.
• Deal with customer queries.
• Oversee product pricing.
• Staff rostering.
• Supervision of staff.
• Stock rotation.
• Merchandising of seasonal stock.
• Implement and maintain Retail Standards.
• Duties as required by management.

What we are looking for

• Experience in a similar position or Senior Retail Assistant/team lead role.
• Knowledge of textiles/clothing.
• Merchandising experience.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
