Deputy Store Manager - Lead Team & Drive Store Performance

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Victoria store to drive sales, lead a high-performing team and ensure the store runs smoothly. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and be hands-on across the shop floor with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

In this leadership role you'll coach and motivate staff, own store standards and customer experience, and step in when the Store Manager is away.
