Deputy Store Manager - Lead Sales & Team Performance

B&M Retail Limited in Colchester is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to help drive sales, standards and performance on the shop floor. You'll support the Store Manager and take ownership when needed, leading by example across days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

You'll coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service, high standards and measurable KPI improvements, stepping in to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
