Deputy Store Manager - Lead, Coach & Elevate Retail

B&M Retail Limited in Ramsey is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support a high-performing store. You'll work closely with the Store Manager, own shop-floor leadership, and step in during their absence to keep sales and standards on track.

You'll coach and develop your team, drive KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve performance while ensuring exceptional customer experience. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
