Deputy Service Manager - Lead Inclusive Supported Living

Hft is seeking a Deputy Service Manager in Darwen, England, to lead supported living services that empower learning-disabled adults. In this role, you'll promote dignity and independence, ensuring that support is person-centred and of high quality.

Your leadership will inspire a team to create meaningful outcomes while you coordinate support across multiple services. A Level 4 Lead Practitioner Diploma in Adult Care or a willingness to obtain further qualifications is required.
