Deputy Service Manager - Lead a New ABI Residential Service

Voyage Care in Ellesmere Port is opening a brand-new ABI residential service, Knot House, and seeks a Deputy Service Manager to lead the team and drive quality of life for the people we support. You will develop person-centred support plans, conduct needs assessments, recruit and supervise staff, manage medication processes, attend multidisciplinary meetings, and report to the Registered Manager daily.
