Deputy SENCO & Nursery Lead - Shape Practice

YMCA Fairthorne Group is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to lead quality and practice within the nursery. You will assess daily routines, work with keypersons to support children, and implement the YMCA Way across rooms and outdoor spaces.

You will observe practice, identify development needs, and guide teams to meet high standards of care. The role includes coaching staff, contributing to the improvement plan, and deputising as needed within a busy early years setting.
