Deputy Nursing Officer - Nursing Leadership & Compliance

Back 4 Good is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursing Officer for a leading care facility in Churchtown, Dublin. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will support daily clinical operations and lead nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.

You will ensure HIQA compliance, conduct audits, maintain care plans and documentation, and mentor staff to sustain a culture of continuous improvement and person-centred care.
