Qualifications Required

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dedicated team
• Provide support and guidance to staff members
• Take the lead in the absence of the Manager
• Be a positive role model for both children and staff
• Help create a warm, enriching environment for children within the nursery

Working Hours

Hours are worked between 7:00am and 6:00pm on a variable rota, totalling 43.75 hours per week.
