Deputy Manager, Youth Home (9-Month Cover)

Horizon Care Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager on a maternity cover for 9 months to join our residential care team in Long Eaton. You will support daily operations, lead a care team, and ensure high standards of care for looked after children.
