Deputy Manager, Youth Care & Residential Home

Horizon Care and Education is recruiting a Deputy Manager to support looked-after children in a residential home in the UK. You will work with the Home Manager to ensure compliant, high-quality care and a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires leadership to manage staff, ensure safeguarding, and maintain training and quality standards, with shifts including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays.
