Deputy Manager, Therapeutic Children's Home

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager for a 4-bed children's residential home in Nottingham. You will support the Registered Manager, lead shifts, supervise staff and deliver high-quality therapeutic care to children aged 7-17 in a structured, supportive setting.

The role requires Level 3/4 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce, 2 years' senior residential experience, safeguarding knowledge, and a full UK driving licence. DBS and references will be required.
