Deputy Manager, Therapeutic Children's Home

Whitetrees Group in Essex is seeking a Deputy Homes Manager for a on-site children's residential home. This is a permanent, full-time post that supports the Registered Homes Manager, ensuring OFSTED compliance and safeguarding while keeping young people engaged and safe.

You will hold a Level 3 QCF qualification with several years in a senior residential role and have access to Level 5 through internal promotions. The role offers sleeps-ins, on-calls, pension and progression opportunities.
