Job Description

Deputy Manager - Children's Residential (EBD)

Location: Telford - Salary: £35,900 per annum.

The Role

Support the Registered Manager in leading a warm, "family feel" home for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Oversee shifts, mentor staff, and ensure high quality care and Ofsted compliance.

Key Requirements

Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare.
Two years' experience in children's care, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
Full UK Driving Licence.
