Job Description

Avon Search is recruiting a Deputy Manager (Residential Care Home) for a Lancaster-based role. You will lead and support Healthcare and Support Workers, ensuring person-centred care and a safe environment that upholds residents' independence and dignity.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent, has previous residential care home experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
