Deputy Manager: Path to General Manager

Flow Recruitment is helping a client in Yeovil fill a Deputy Manager role in a fast-paced leisure/hospitality setting. You will take accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager, coach the team and ensure a safe, fun customer experience while driving financial targets.

The successful candidate will have 18+ months in a customer-facing management role, a passion for service, and a drive to progress onto the General Manager in Waiting programme within 12-18 months.
