Job Description

HRS Healthcare are recruiting for a DeputyManager for a 4 bed Children's home in Derby.

About the Deputy Manager role

• Workalongside the Home Manager in all aspects of running the home, includingcompliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance, ensuring that the home alignswith our values and standards and financial planning.
• Leadand inspire a team, providing supervision, appraisal, professional development,and training.
• Managethe home effectively in the absence of the Registered Manager.
• Ensurea safe, homely environment and maintain high standards of care.
• Managehealth and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure compliance oftraining for the team.
• Liaisewith professionals and contribute to care planning.

Requirements About You

• Level 3 in Children's and Young PeoplesWorkforce Qualification
• At least 1 years' experience as a SeniorResidential Care worker in a Children's Home
• Flexibility to be able to work shifts thatinclude evenings and weekends and sleep ins
• Full UK Driving Licence and the right towork in the UK
